Virtual or hybrid practices may be good options for members looking to start a primary care relationship. Comprehensive care is available via video, phone, or chat for a faster, more convenient experience. Providers help with navigation to in-person care when necessary for things like X-rays, bloodwork, and minor procedures and can provide referrals to in-network specialists.
